We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (PDFs, guides, templates, planners, toolkits, etc.) are non‑refundable. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
Print‑on‑Demand Items
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
Additional non-returnable items:
- the item arrives damaged
- the item arrives defective
- the item is incorrect
If this happens, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the item.
Returns Not Accepted For:
change of mind
ordering the wrong size
buyer’s remorse

personalized items
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is verified.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the issue was our fault.
